World Class Romania acquires another gym using SAA as Legal Advisors

Stratulat Albulescu assisted World Class Romania, the fitness industry leader in Romania, with the acquisition of a new fitness club.

The acquired fitness club, previously called “Stay Fit Gym Oltenitei”, is now owned by World Class Romania and will be rebranded as “World Class Eroii Revolutiei”. The new fitness club covers almost 1,300 sq.m. and consists of aerobic, fitness and cycling studios, as well as functional training areas. More than 500 active members enjoy the facilities of the club.

Our firm has assisted World Class Romania from the beginning of this project and throughout the entire process, being actively involved in structuring the transaction, drafting the full package of acquisition documents and advising on all legal aspects during the negotiation of the transaction.

We have also provided the necessary legal assistance for signing the transaction documents and successful completing the transaction, including assisting with obtaining the required financing for payment of part of the purchase price.
