• Advised Edward Neuk Company SRL on various issues regarding technology law, data protection and intellectual property in connection with the social platform Kuende, including advising on patent protection issues.
• Represented Euroins Romania before the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) in opposition proceedings regarding the registration of verbal Romanian trademarks.
• Represented Euroins Romania in front of the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) in relation to the registration of national combined trademarks.
• Advised Global Records, a record company and publisher, concerning the trademark and copyright infringement regarding a band name.
• Advised Rogalski Damaschin Public Relations, one of the prominent PR companies in Romania, with various IP and commercial issues.
• Advised Loja Fructelor in relation to the registration and subsequent assignment of one European Trademark and another national trademark.
• Advised Luxury Adviser Group with various trademark related issues and providing advice, assistance and representation in front of the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) in opposition proceedings.
• Represented our client in the negotiations to finalise a co-existence agreement with Juweler Wagner GmbH.
