On 29 May, our Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat was part of the panel on ‘Luxury or mid-market flats and their residential investment potential” at the Romanian Commercial Real Estate Conference, CEDER 2019.

In its 12th year, the event took place in the very heart of Bucharest and was a key networking opportunity for both locally and internationally based professionals. The speakers, including business leaders from the top companies active in the property sector, were chosen to captivate the delegates and their experience ensured a wide variety of viewpoints. As the participants were professionals in senior management positions, developers, investment funds, private equity firms, real estate brokerages, Government officials and contractors, the key topics included rental market conditions, bank financing, investment-grade developments and the requirements of institutional investors and private equity.
