Raluca joined Stratulat Albulescu team in September 2020, as part of our strongly reconfigured Dispute Resolution Department.
Raluca is a litigator with more than 6 years of experience and before joining our team she practiced within a reputed boutique law firm specialized in litigation, as well as in administrative law and taxes, having been involved in litigation procedures in a wide range of domains.
Raluca has represented clients in a wide variety of contencios matters in the field of administrative law, in foreclosure proceedings concerning the recovery of taxes, as well as in administrative procedures and judiciary disputes which stand, in terms of their domain, on the demarcation line between tax law and criminal law (white collar crime). Raluca has also gained significant court experience in labor law and in commercial litigation, having represented clients activating in various industries (civil and industrial construction, international maritime transport, logistics, natural resources, etc.), as well as in dispute resolution concerning unfair competition.
She has a high interest in the caselaw of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as in constitutional law.
Raluca has been involved in debate competitions long before having commenced the Faculty of Law, her persuasive nature and her loyalty towards the client's interest, along with her rigourous legal writing skills being harmoniously integrated in one of the two task forces in the Dispute Resolution Department of Stratulat Albulescu.
