Robert Popa-Badea

Robert joined the firm and is  an active member of our dispute resolution practice team. Robert  graduated from the Faculty of Law, the University of Bucharest, in the summer of 2019.

During his studies, Robert participated in 2 editions of the Hexagon of Law Faculties. He was involved in an exchange of experience at the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and was involved in significant voluntary activity within the Law Students Association at University of Bucharest.

Before joining our team as an Associate, he undertook a series of internships, including one at our firm in the summer of 2018, which he considers to have been decisive in choosing a career in law.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:

• Successfully represented Hervis Sports & Fashion in obtaining an unprecedented decision by the Cluj Specialised Tribunal, with the grant of an injunction for the deferred payment of part of the rent relating to premises at the Vivo Shopping Center in Cluj which is owned by commercial real estate group Immofinanz.
