Stratulat Albulescu advises on successful acquisition of ProSport and ProMotor’s publishing activities

Stratulat Albulescu provided extensive legal advice in relation to the acquisition of all ProSport and ProMotor’s publishing activities. The transaction also included the acquisition of all related internet domains, specific operating equipment and the transfer of employees.

ProSport has been one the most appreciated sport news magazines in Romania since 1997, with a listed title in Ringier’s portfolio since 2003 and in Media Pro’s since 2008 and ProMotor is the most popular monthly car magazine presenting automobiles as an indicator of social status.

The SAA team, led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat, also included Partner Ana Maria Kusak (Head of Intellectual Property). They were supported by Elena Stan (Senior Associate), who provided legal assistance on all intellectual property matters and Anca Ulea (Managing Associate), who advised on the employment matters, including transfer of the employees.
