SAA adds Sandra Frunzulica to its M&A team

SAA announces the appointment of, and welcomes, Sandra Frunzulica as a Senior Associate. Sandra has 6 years legal experience in Pharmaceutical and Corporate & Commercial law.

Sandra brings with her significant experience in advising a large number of local and international companies on corporate and merger & acquisition projects. She also has experience in providing assistance to life sciences companies on a wide range of legal issues related to the life sciences and pharmaceuticals sector.

After earning a Master in Business Law (LLM) from the University of Bucharest in 2013, this year Sandra earned her MBA Essentials Certificate of Competence from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Sandra will be an important part of the M&A team, and will complement our other experts in this practice area.
