We act for a wide range of clients from medium-sized private equity funds to companies, entrepreneurs, portfolio companies and executives, and on both sale and purchases. We work collaboratively with other practice areas in the firm such as banking and finance, real estate and competition in order to provide our clients with the most appropriate and holistic legal solution.

We deal with all types and aspects of private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs), deals involving minority and majority interests and carve-out transactions, including acquisition finance and legal due diligence.

• Advised Motion Equity Partners, a long-standing private equity firm focused on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments in European middle-market companies, on the Romanian component of its investment in Educastream, one of the forefronts of online training and education in France.
• Assisting World Class International and its management team with an MBO where the investment fund under the management and advice of the Polish private equity fund Resource Partners acquired a controlling stake in World Class Romania, the leading fitness provider in Romania.
• Assisting a private equity fund on the EUR 80M acquisition of a prominent office building in Bucharest.
