Stratulat Albulescu advises Catalyst Romania Fund II on its investment in the EUR 2M equity funding round of EdTech platform Adservio
The funds will be used to accelerate the expansion on the local and international markets, to expand the company’s portfolio of clients and partners, as well as for the development of new features.
Adservio (www.adservio.education) is an educational management platform supporting over 1,000 schools in their digital transformation journey, through innovation of educational and management processes and by offering a modern tool to help educators and students. The Adservio solution is recognized by the Ministry of Education and has made an important contribution to the pilot project launched in 2021 through which educational institutions can use only the digital grade book.
Catalyst Romania (www.catalystromania.com) is a venture capital investor in Romanian technology companies that have the potential to become regional leaders or global challengers. Catalyst was the fund manager who raised the first Romanian venture capital fund supported by the JEREMIE Romania initiative in 2012.
