Stratulat Albulescu advises Cordia Residence (Group Futureal) on the acquisition of 21.000 sq. m. land plot in the Grivita Lake area, part of the Bucurestii Noi region of Bucharest

Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised Cordia Residence (Group Futureal) on the acquisition of 21.000 sq. m. land plot in the Grivita Lake area, part of the Bucurestii Noi region of Bucharest.

The plot of land, located strategically in a booming area of Bucurestii Noi, follows the acquisition of two other large plots of land, earlier this year, and is in addition to Cordia’s investment plan to invest 100 million Euros into four new residential developments in Bucharest. SAA has also advised on the previous two acquisitions Cordia completed this year.

Cordia is a leading residential property developer, with several completed and ongoing development projects in Hungary, Poland and Romania. The company is one of Central Europe’s largest property development and investment groups and one of the top 20 largest developers in Europe.
