Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised World Class Romania (“World Class”), the leader in the Health & Fitness industry in Romania in connection to the opening of a new health and fitness club in Expo Business Park, an office development located in the booming area located in the North of Bucharest generally referred to as Expozitiei.

The new club operates as Bronze tier location, under the name “World Class Expo Park”, and is World Class’s 39th club in Romania and its 30th in Bucharest. World Class Expo Park offers its members premium training and leisure facilities equipped with state of the art equipment and aerobic and cycling studios for group fitness classes.

Stratulat Albulescu’s advice included assistance in relation to the negotiation of the lease, permitting, negotiation of contracts with construction contractors and employment of staff.
