SAA - Sponsors of the Romanian stand at Expo Real 2017

Stratulat Albulescu, in collaboration with AHK Rumanien, were sponsors of the Romanian stand at Expo Real International Trade Fair 2017.

We were both honoured and proud to serve as a co-sponsor of the Romanian stand at Expo Real: International Trade Fair for Property and Investment in 2017.  The Trade Fair was held in Munich and provided an opportunity for investors and businesses to exchange information about real estate opportunities and market conditions.

This was the second consecutive year that we attended the Trade Fair. The joint Romanian stand was organised, for the 6th year in a row, by the German Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AHK Rumanien). Many other Romanian companies have shown an interest in being a part of the fair such as: Invest Romania, several Romanian municipalities and businesses like AFI Europe, Globalworth, Heberger, Artemis Real Estate, KHD Logistics and Bardeau Holding etc.

Founding and Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and Counsel Cristiana Fernbach attended the Fair on behalf of the firm. Silviu has extensive expertise in real estate transactions and corporate and M&A matters, whilst Cristiana specialises in TMT and heads the firm’s highly successful German Desk.

At the Fair, 1,768 exhibitors presented their goods or services in the real estate and investment business to 39,101 attendees from 77 countries. There are potential business partners for every stage in the real estate life cycle: from the initial idea and conception through to investment, financing, realisation, marketing and finally to operation and use. As the largest B2B trade fair in Europe, Expo Real is the ideal networking opportunity, where you can meet new people and make new associations all under one roof.
