SAA Partners at IBA Rome 2018

Such opportunities for networking, discussing and debating key issues within the profession with experts in the field, are held annually, by various associations and in a number of remarkable cities around the world. The International Bar Association (IBA) is one of them. It is considered to be the most prestigious leading international organisation of legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies.

The IBA Rome event was held in October 2018 in the timeless Italian capital of Rome, a city famous for its remarkable ancient ruins, abundant classical architecture, renaissance palazzos and baroque era fountains.  It certainly provided a sensational backdrop to the conference.

Our firm was represented by a team of our most talented partners. Silviu Stratulat our Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate, TMT, Corporate & Commercial and M&A was joined by Andrei Albulescu, partner and Head of Employment and Public Procurement. Florin Dutu, Head of Dispute Resolution also attended alongside Ana Maria Kusak, Head of IP & Life Sciences, TMT and Competition Law, Irina Petre, Head of Energy and Natural Resources, Ramona Iancu Co-Head of Corporate & Commercial and M&A, Costin Teodorovici Head of Banking & Finance and our UK Consultant, Christopher Jackson.
