Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law, advisors to London Partners on the acquisition of a major plot of land in the booming Expozitiei Area of Bucharest

Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys At Law assisted London Partners with the acquisition of a plot with an approximate area of 29,000 sqm., located in the Expozitiei Area, one of the fastest developing areas in Bucharest. 

The SAA team, led by Silviu Stratulat, Managing Partner and Head of the Real Estate practice, and which consisted of Corneliu Popa, Partner (Real Estate), of Tudor Ciambur, Senior Associate (Real Estate) and of Daiana Assoum, Associate (Real Estate), carried out the relevant legal due diligence exercise, coordinated the technical due diligence one and drafted and negotiated the acquisition related documents, mainly the pre-agreement and the final sale and purchase agreement.

London Partners is a real estate investment platform with a GDV of £220m in Europe, major investors, developers and asset managers, being part of an international group.  Their investments over the last 10 years have been in excess of EUR 1bn across different industries including farming, energy production, agriculture and steel production.

The company made this acquisition for a mixed project, yet to be determined, and plans to expand its residential investments outside Bucharest in the near future.
