New Partner: Ramona Iancu, Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions and New Associate: Silvana Zecheru

Stratulat Albulescu is delighted to announce that, with effect from 1 February, renowned lawyer Ramona Iancu joined our team as a partner from one of Romania’s leading law firms. Ramona has more than 11 years experience as a lawyer and specialises in mergers & acquisitions, antitrust and State Aid. She believes in a proactive approach to issues and possesses an in-depth knowledge of business affairs. She has advised clients in industry sectors such as telecom & media, healthcare and pharmaceuticals and FMCG. She has also advised many private equity funds on their investments in the Romanian market.

Joining us with Ramona is a new associate, Silvana Zecheru.  Silvana is a young and enthusiastic lawyer specialising in the same areas as Ramona. She started her career working with Ramona at her previous firm. Silvana has been involved in several major projects, and has acquired significant experience in advising privately owned companies about their investments in the Romanian market and abroad.

 Their recruitment is part of the firm’s on going strategy for growth in its core practice areas.
