Silviu Stratulat, Managing Partner, commented: "Sofia's appointment is an important development for our larger Dispute Resolution group as it will add further depth to an area we’ve been wanting to expand for a while in the context of increased client demand."
Sofia Cozac added: "I’m excited to join such a dynamic and complex team at Stratulat Albulescu and look forward to having the opportunity to work, alongside my other colleagues in the Disputes Group, to enlarge the practice further and create a hub for reliable and client-oriented dispute resolution advice and guidance. As a professional in this field, I see more and more players opt for arbitration, as an alternative to the traditional courts of law, and I am determined to help SAA ride this wave and also incentivize its clients’ choice for this type of dispute resolution. At the same time, my role will entail a business development angle, which is an area SAA has pioneered over time and can educate on in great detail. "
